Welcome to Dilly-Dally Dilemma. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Dilly-Dally Dilemma lets you vote on and create anonymous dilemmas, see aggregate results and Insights, track your Opinion Graph, receive in app Notifications, save and share Dilemma Sets, play Compatibility Check with a partner, host Party Mode with a group, and optionally upgrade to Dilly-Dally Pro for larger sessions and premium features.

1a. Payments

Pro subscriptions, Lifetime access, and the Day Pass are processed securely by our payment partners: Razorpay for customers in India (billed in INR), and Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, for international customers (billed in USD). 2. Your account & handle

• You may use the app as a guest or with an account. When you choose a username, it is permanent and cannot be changed, so choose carefully.
• You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use. You agree not to:

• Post hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal content.
• Post content sexualising or endangering minors (zero tolerance; reported to authorities where required).
• Spam, manipulate votes, abuse, impersonate, or attempt to de-anonymise other users.
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

4. Content & moderation

• You're responsible for content you submit. We may screen, hide, remove, or refuse content, and suspend or ban accounts, at our discretion, with or without notice.
• Content may be automatically and/or manually moderated.

5. Your content licence

You keep ownership of what you post, but grant us a licence to display, distribute, and aggregate it within the app (including anonymised, aggregated statistics).

6. Anonymity

The app is designed to keep users anonymous. Don't post information that identifies yourself or others.

7. No warranty / limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for damages arising from your use of the app. Opinions and results reflect users, not us.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
